Data Processing Agreement

With GDPR in effect sinec May 25th 2018 we need to provide a Data Processing Agreement to our Resellers as well as our Suppliers. An individual pre-filled version is available in the download section in the control panel at "Downloads" -> "My Downloads" -> "contract" -> "DataProcessingAgreement.pdf".

You can directly acknowledge and accept the Data Processing Agreement within your CentralNic Reseller control panel. An info box will be shown on the top section of the page. Your acknowledgement is valid without your written signature. Sending a signed document as scan via email or postal mail is not required.

Please understand that your acceptance to this agreement is required, as it directly touches the rights of private persons and their data. In case you have any question, please contact us directly.
