DeleteDomain is not available for .to TLDs.
As .to domains cannot be deleted explicitly. To delete a .to domain you have to set the domain renewal mode or default renewal mode to AUTODELETE or AUTOEXPIRE.
Domain Transfer

- Upon successfully transferring a .to domain, it is automatically renewed for two years. The registration period starts from the beginning.
Domain Restore
RestoreDomain is not available for .to TLDs.
Restores for .to are not possible.
Fulfillment Info
FTLD .to is a Fulfillment TLD. Fullfilment TLDs (FTLDs) are registered through a manual registration process. The manual registration process might involve documents, depending on respective registry regulations, and are therefore not automated for real-time registrations and real-time updates. Updates might cause additional costs!
Please also provide the domains NIC handle and password.
