DeleteDomain is not available for .net.bo TLDs.
As .net.bo domains cannot be deleted explicitly. To delete a .net.bo domain you have to set the domain renewal mode or default renewal mode to AUTODELETE or AUTOEXPIRE.

Fulfillment Info
FTLD .net.bo is a Fulfillment TLD. Fullfilment TLDs (FTLDs) are registered through a manual registration process. The manual registration process might involve documents, depending on respective registry regulations, and are therefore not automated for real-time registrations and real-time updates. Updates might cause additional costs!
A LoA is required to show the ownership transfer agreement.
