Starting with 2024-06-20 registrations will be available to everyone. Previous registration restriction to residents of Malaysia will no longer apply.

Domain Renewal
RenewDomain is not available for .my TLDs.
.my domains cannot be renewed explicitly. To renew a .my domain you have to set the domain renewal mode or default renewal mode to AUTORENEW or RENEWONCE.
Domain Deletion
DeleteDomain is not available for .my TLDs.
As .my domains cannot be deleted explicitly. To delete a .my domain you have to set the domain renewal mode or default renewal mode to AUTODELETE or AUTOEXPIRE.
Domain Transfer
(API Command reference » TransferDomain)- The domain holder has to confirm an email send from the registry (except for internal transfers).

FTLD .my is a Fulfillment TLD. Fullfilment TLDs (FTLDs) are registered through a manual registration process. The manual registration process might involve documents, depending on respective registry regulations, and are therefore not automated for real-time registrations and real-time updates.
