- A .com.ph domain transfer can be initiated with a so-called authorisation code, which can be obtained from the current registrar through the owner or Admin-C of the domain.
- A .com.ph domain transfer can also be initiated without authcode. The losing registrar has to confirm or reject the transfer of the domain within 7 days.
