Domain Restrictions
Tech-C must be different person than the Billing-C and the Admin-C
Please find in the following a set of the most commonly used standard API commands in order to register, modify, renew, and transfer a domain name.

DeleteDomain is not available for .pa TLDs.
As .pa domains cannot be deleted explicitly. To delete a .pa domain you have to set the domain renewal mode or default renewal mode to AUTODELETE or AUTOEXPIRE.

RestoreDomain is not available for .pa TLDs.
Restores for .pa are not possible.

FTLD .pa is a Fulfillment TLD. Fullfilment TLDs (FTLDs) are registered through a manual registration process. The manual registration process might involve documents, depending on respective registry regulations, and are therefore not automated for real-time registrations and real-time updates. Updates might cause additional costs!
