.iq domains have to be renewed six(6) weeks prior to their expiration date.

Domain Deletion

DeleteDomain is not available for .iq TLDs.

As .iq domains cannot be deleted explicitly. To delete a .iq domain you have to set the domain renewal mode or default renewal mode to AUTODELETE or AUTOEXPIRE.

Restores for .iq are not possible.

Domain Extensions

Domain Extensions for natural persons

X-PERSONAL-ID

Passport or ID card number of the domain name holder (individual)

Domain Extensions for organisations or companies

X-COMPANY-REG-ID

Business / company registration number of the domain name holder company

Domain Restrictions

The company registration number is required, if the owner is a legal entity.
The number of the passport/ID of the owner is required, if the owner is an individual.

Fulfillment Info

FTLD .iq is a Fulfillment TLD. Fullfilment TLDs (FTLDs) are registered through a manual registration process. The manual registration process might involve documents, depending on respective registry regulations, and are therefore not automated for real-time registrations and real-time updates. Updates might cause additional costs!
