Please find in the following a set of the most commonly used standard API commands in order to register, modify, renew, and transfer a domain name.

The following documents are required for the domain registration:

  • A Copy of the SIUP, TDP, AKTA, NPWP or an equivalent Permit
  • A Copy of the Id Card or Passport
  • A Copy of Brand Certificate (if existing)

The necessary registration form can be created at https://www.formgenerator.net. This has to be merged with the above mentioned documents into a single .pdf file and then sent per email to [email protected] (max. 10MB). If our trustee solutions has been chosen, it is NOT necessary to provide any documents.

We offer a trustee solution for the registration of .co.id domains (fee required).

If trustee service is in use, trustee will be set as owner and owner contact will instead be set as admin.

For transfers of a .CO.ID domain the owner contact needs to be provided

Trustee solution for .id
  • Second Level .ID is unrestricted and does not support trustee.

  • Local owner is required for third level .*.ID, Trustee can be used

  • CO.ID is intended for business entities, organizations or similar entities which are legal entities operating in Indonesia

  • Evidenced of ownership by a Deed, Trade buisness License, Service Business License or Permanent Permit (Trade Industry, Transportation, Tourism or other similar services) is required

  • Copy of the Identification of the legal representative of the owner company (Passport, Drivers Licence, etc.) is required

  • Authcodes can only contain alphanumeric characters.

The following IDN scripts are supported by .id.
Provide the LANGUAGE TAG corresponding to your desired IDN within the AddDomain command as X-IDN-LANGUAGE extension.
