Please find in the following a set of the most commonly used standard API commands in order to register, modify, renew, and transfer a domain name.

Domain Registration

After the registration has been requested, please send the following documents to our fulfillment team:

• A copy of company certificate of good standing where the names of the legal representatives and tax no. / VAT ID are visible and which is not older than six months.
  Important: It has to be the note “TRUE WITH THE ORIGINAL”, company stamp and signature on every single page!

After the registration has been initiated by fulfillment team you will receive the following document:

• The application form which has to be signed by the indicated person (legal representative of the owner company or admin contact) and stamped with company seal.

All the documents have to be sent in original by post to the registry after the PDF copies were pre-checked by fulfillment.

Domain Deletion

DeleteDomain

is not available for .bg TLDs.

As .bg domains cannot be deleted explicitly. To delete a .bg domain you have to set the domain renewal mode or default renewal mode to AUTODELETE or AUTOEXPIRE.

Restores for .bg are not possible.

Domain Extensions

X-BG-APPLICATIONDATE	Registry’s application date of domain registration in format YYYY-MM-DD.
X-BG-APPLICATIONNO	Registry’s application no. of the domain registration.
X-BG-TMID	Trademark registration number(optional, if the domain name matches exactly a trademark name).

Domain Restrictions

Any private persons or legal entities with legal or commercial registration in the Republic of Bulgaria or EU member state, or holders of a constituent act issued by a Bulgarian State Authority; entities, established by virtue of an agreement between Bulgaria and other countries; companies and organizations, registered abroad, having a registered branch or commercial representative office in the Republic of Bulgaria.

Efficient persons, Bulgarian citizens, foreigners with the right for permanent residence on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria or citizens of EU member state.

• Documents required for companies are company incorporation, trademark, ID of contact person.
• Documents required for individuals are passport or ID number of an EU member state.

Fulfillment Info

FTLD .bg is a Fulfillment TLD. Fullfilment TLDs (FTLDs) are registered through a manual registration process. The manual registration process might involve documents, depending on respective registry regulations, and are therefore not automated for real-time registrations and real-time updates. Updates might cause additional costs!

IDN Information

The Internet name of the Internationalized Domain Names (IDN) should be written only in Cyrillic and should include at least one visually distinguished letter from the Latin alphabet (large and/or small letters): б, г, д, ж, и, й, л, п, ф, ц, ч, ш, щ, ъ, ь, ю, я.
