QueryOwnerChangeList

Gives an overview about all pending OwnerChanges. To receive a detailed Status of ACTIVE OwnerChanges (‘REQUESTED’, ‘LOSING_APPROVED’, ‘GAINING_APPROVED’, ‘SUCCESS’), a StatusOwnerChange API call must be used.
